Trumps Policies Crazy or Not? Part B Oil Price and Russia Sanctions

Trumps errors in quoting the number of casualties in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, may not be unintentional. It may be an internal US argument which Trump can use against the US security service for providing false information to him.

Still threatening Russia, is probably not a good idea. Although it might be useful for simplifying media presentations to the US public, and reducing pressure from some military industry political lobbyists. Also possibly reducing political pressure from some US government departments which want to continue the war.

Saudi Arabia, OPEC (which does not include Russia) and OPEC+ (which includes Russia) ignored Trumps request for the oil price to be lowered. Incidentally USA is not a member of OPEC or OPEC+.
