2. **Prepare the Batter:**
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, gram flour, yeast, sugar, and food color. Gradually add lukewarm water, mixing until you achieve a smooth, lump-free batter. The consistency should be pourable but not too thin. Cover and let it rest for about 15-20 minutes to allow the yeast to activate.
3. **Frying the Jalebis:**
- Heat ghee or oil in a wide, shallow pan over medium heat. Pour the batter into a squeeze bottle or a piping bag with a small nozzle. Once the oil is hot, pipe the batter into the oil in spiral shapes, starting from the center and moving outward. Fry until golden and crisp on both sides.
4. **Soaking in Syrup:**
- Remove the fried jalebis from the oil and immediately immerse them in the warm sugar syrup. Let them soak for a few seconds to absorb the syrup, then transfer to a plate.
