National I.D. - Big Brother at Its Worst!

So, I watched this video with Jan Markell and Twila Brase about the "Real I.D." which is an "enhanced" Driver's license. It was the first I had heard of it.
I had recently renewed my Michigan's Driver license through the USPS. Unknown to me, I was issued a Real ID without my request, which is NOT supposed to happen. So, I went to the Michigan SOS and requested a standard license to be issued to me.
The people at the SOS were baffled as to how I got it through the mail. After two days of back and forth and providing my birth certificate, my Real ID was voided and I will be receiving a standard ID within thirty days.
During this process, I became curious of what the "Real I.D." consisted of. I was looking at the drivers license and thought I saw something eerily familiar in the background. So, I took a picture of it and used photo editing software to bring out the shapes and pattern in the background. That is the image shown.
