On July 26, 2024, at 7:10 PM, Highlands Police responded to a hit-and-run crash involving a parked 2021 Toyota Corolla and a fleeing 2020 Infiniti QX5 on Portland Road. Witnesses described the suspect as a blonde woman who fled the scene after backing into the vehicle. Officers tracked down Olga, who matched the description, walking her dog near her damaged Infiniti with its engine still warm.

During the investigation, Olga claimed her car had been struck earlier in Brooklyn and denied leaving the scene. Officers detected the odor of alcohol, and Olga admitted to drinking earlier that day. After failing field sobriety tests, including the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus, Walk and Turn, and One Leg Stand tests, Olga was arrested for DUI. At the station, she refused to submit breath samples and received multiple charges, including Operating Under the Influence, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Testing, Reckless Driving, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and Failure to Report an Accident.
