Warhammer Online: Return of Reckoning Marauder Build? (level 30/RR 29)

On this particular character, his job is to kill the enemy healer or at least attempt to do so each and every time I leave that respawn area so I can maintain some level of threat. His build is not complicated if you can even call it a build, more like common sense I would think, at least if you had some experience playing the class in retail or RoR. Quick and simple because I can't stand it when someone makes a 2-hour video bragging about their way of doing things.
