Begin at 1:29 – Recording from April 23, 2024 at 5:43 PM. Andrew calls the police after an argument with his brother, Joe, demanding that either he (Andrew) should be taken to a shelter or Joe should be arrested.
5:10 – Andrew is transferred to a police officer.
7:23 – The officer asks if Andrew was “the guy who poisoned his family.”
24:00 – Andrew is on the phone in the background loudly complaining about being discriminated against. He mentions having thrown out his medications again.
