So it's a perfect time to Meditate, Manifest & Amplify Love!

Join me tonight here for a FB live meditation 7 pm- 8 pm AST.
1. Have comfortable clothes & chair/cushion to sit upon. Knees lower than hips.
2. A meditation journal- I'll share a secret manifest formula.
3. Identify East direction ( where the sun rises). Face this way.
4. Clear a space and make it beautiful. Candle, soft fabrics, warm blankets.
5. Have a little bowl of salt water handy. Matches, pen and two strips of paper to write a message. One you will burn so make sure you your water container is not flammable 🙂
