Social media users have praised Kash Patel after his fiery exchange with Democrat Senator Amy Klobuchar during his FBI director confirmation hearing went viral.

During the hearing, Klobuchar suggested Patel previously accused some Capitol Police officers of lying under oath during the Jan 6 hearings.
When pressed about the past quotes, Patel responded sharply, saying, "That's a general statement and a mischaracterization of what I said".
He told her, “I encourage you to read the rest of the interviews. Snippets are often misleading".
Klobuchar joked she’d need five hours to read the full transcripts.
Patel shot back, “You’ve got two minutes".
Klobuchar replied, “Wow,” and moved on to another topic.
The moment quickly went viral, with conservatives praising Patel’s assertiveness and composure under pressure.
