Liberty Conspiracy Short: Free Speech: 1A ALSO Protects Non-Citizen's Speech

In order to address one of the enormously bad facets of Donald Trump's Executive Order to deport foreigners who might protest the Israeli state for its genocide in Gaza, we vigorously stress that the 1st Amendment is a functional proscription forbidding Congress from passing ANY infringement on speech. It does not contain carve-outs to allow for the censorship of non-citizens, nor does it allow exceptions for whatever the feds might call "national security" (ie what the Supreme Court uses as a rationale to allow Congress to breach the 1A and many other Amendments in the Bill of Rights in its 'ok' of the TikTok ban/forced sale). We discuss these important points, as well as the problem of compelled speech (compelled ANYTHING is immoral) in the form of USAID and other US international propaganda groups using your money to fund US propaganda in other nations, something that oft has been used to organize and carry out regime changes.
