I sold timber a few years ago, and I'm skidding out the last of the treetops for firewood, Red Oak, White Oak, and Cherry. After cutting them to length, I skid them out, buck them up, split them, load them, haul them, unload them, stack them, and eventually handle them one last time to get them in the stove.
