- In a separate small pan, heat **2 tbsp ghee**.
- Add the **chopped almonds, pistachios**, and **raisins**. Fry for a few minutes until the nuts are golden and fragrant.
4️⃣ **Finish the Kheer:**
- Add the fried nuts and raisins to the kheer and mix gently.
- Let it cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend together.

- Remove the kheer from heat and let it cool slightly.
