Student protest in Serbia

For more than three months, students have been protesting, demanding justice and accountability for the collapse of the canopy at the railway station in Novi Sad, which claimed the lives of 15 fellow citizens. They are calling for the judiciary to do its job and for institutions to start functioning independently. Serbian students are also among the candidates for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Today, in Novi Sad, a three-day protest began with the blockade of THREE bridges, where students from Belgrade walked to Novi Sad to join the local students.
