In this video, I discuss several studies related to lumbar spinal stenosis and its impact on balance and pain levels. I highlight how smaller multifidus muscles are correlated with worse balance and increased pain in patients. Additionally, I touch on the importance of building quality muscle to improve overall quality of life.
