Forest Speyer

Forest Speyer was a member of the Raccoon Police Department's Special Tactics And Rescue Service (S.T.A.R.S.) and a member of Bravo Team. He served as a sniper and vehicle expert and was friends with Chris Redfield, the Alpha Team sniper. Forest was part of Bravo Team that was sent to the Arklay Mountains on July 23, 1998 to investigate the serial killings in the forests (Raccoon Forest). Unfortunately, he was killed during this mission.
