Part 5 of 5 discussion about our 4th Amendment in the US Constitution and how FISA affects it....or does it? Please help spread this information....in the late 1700s and all of the 1800s those graduating from middle school had a working knowledge of our Constitution. Do you think that is the case today? Why?
