Ep 301 Positive and Negative Rights – Sloppy and Expensive Conflation

Negative and Positive rights are often conflated these days especially by people like Bernie and AOC. That is, the 2 different kinds of rights are not distinguished from each other and so many believe they are the same. They are not and the misunderstanding is sloppy and expensive.
I also touch on how moral hazards and rent seeking come out of this bad and unfortunate conflation.
