- 2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cream
- Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
- Ginger, julienned (for garnish)

- Reduce the heat and add the yogurt. Stir continuously to prevent curdling and cook until the mixture is well-blended and the oil surfaces.
5. **Combine Chicken and Gravy:**
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan. Mix well to ensure the chicken is coated with the gravy.
- If using, add the grated cheddar cheese and cream. Stir to combine and cook for a few more minutes until the cheese melts and the gravy reaches the desired consistency.
6. **Garnish and Serve:**
