This creation combines the rich, smooth flavors of bourbon whiskey with the sweet, buttery notes of caramelized pear. The addition of vanilla syrup adds a creamy, aromatic depth that perfectly complements the pear.

Recipe:
60ml-2oz BOURBON WHISKEY
7.5ml-¼oz VANILLA SYRUP
1 dash ORANGE BLOSSOM WATER
3 dashes ORANGE BITTERS
½ PEAR
1 barspoon SUGAR

Caramelize the sugared pear and muddle it in base of your mixing glass. Add all ingredients and stir without ice. Fine strain back. Stir with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
