Why Is The ATF Investigating The Plane Crash In Philadelphia?

“The ATF investigates accidents where there is reason to believe that explosive materials were involved.” I realize gas is an explosive material BUT why didn’t the ATF investigate the Blackhawk helicopter incident? People are claiming that the plane crash in Philadelphia was actually some type of missile and after watching all the available footage I have to agree. Now that the ATF is investigating the crash I have no doubts that this incident involved explosives.
