This is part 2 of a heated texting conversation between a boss and an employee. In part 2, the boss must deal with the consequences of denying the employee's approved PTO last minute for the Christmas Holidays because he is unprepared for work. In the end, the employee's PTO is approved and the boss must deal with the ramifications of his actions.
