Crybaby Blocks Traffic & Assaults Officer After Not Getting Her Way

on 7/1/24 officers with the des Moines police department were driving down the street when a woman that was attempting to cross the street got distracted and started blocking traffic and dancing in the street. Officers just happened to be driving by to get out and talk with the suspect.
