Speakeasy is named after Indie R's in-person speakeasy assembly events in NYC and FL. The show explores history, culture and public policy from outside the grid of progressive and reactionary conservative thought to map a new space for individual sovereignty, creativity and growth.

I meetup with a longtime supporter of Indie R to ask a question most immigrants (excluding illegal aliens) are apathetic about and avoid answering. “Why is America better than my native country?”

I think this question should be on every Work, PR Visa and Naturalization application.

It might help screen out the ones (like Ilhan Omar) who are resentful and adversarial towards America's dominant Anglo-culture but covet this country's economic opportunities and living standards...from the ones (like me) who understand the American Dream rests on the foundation of American Liberty.
