SENATOR SCHUMER MAY BE PROSECUTED FOR OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE

The Department of Justice sent a letter to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer last week. It stated that it would like his cooperation in their investigation of Senator Schumer’s threats against two U. S. Supreme Court Justices. Specifically, Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch.

He made these statements outside the Supreme Court Building and not while in the well of the Senate.

Therefore, he has no immunity for making these statements.

Schumer is a U. S. Senator and has a duty to respect the members of the third branch of the United States government, the Supreme Court.
He did not. He threatened them. He threatened them in order to influence them to rule in a way that he wanted.
