The Westie Side - Kiwi Livin Quarter Acre Paradise - Tim Webb - Agent Of Change

Some friends of mine who lived in Glen Eden, Auckland got in touch with me to market and sell their home, because after seeing the engagement and public interest over the "Cash Cow Blues" (uploaded in this channel) and the eventual selling price which exceeded my client's expectations, they wanted me to write another track just for their property, so I did.

I had this tune floating around in my head for quite some time previously, so I sent a really bad guitar recording of the meloday and chords to a producer I'd found in the United States, who I later learned was Grammy nominated producer, and a few days later, he sent the entire studio produced track without vocals back to me.

I went to Earwig Studios in Birkenhead, Auckland to record the vocal track, and I thought the track turned out brilliant, and it did. My client's LOVED it. As did Newshub, who picked up the video and wrote a story about the track and the listing and it went vrial on social media. This positioned my client's marketing campaign as News, rather than advertising which generates LOADS more eyeballs and interest which translates to more buyers competing to own the property at Auction.
