Monster Murray Diff Lock & Steering Upgrade! Peerless 820

In this episode we take out the newly fitted 820 Peerless transmission so it can be cleaned, re-greased and locked up. We also upgrade the stock steering by welding gussets to everything involved. The tie rod gets switched for a larger one and 1/2" ball joints replace the small, anemic, worn out joints. Ride along with us on our journey to re-create this 1981 Murray lawn tractor into a mud mowing beast!
