DEZY is an influencer, singer and model who has been with her boyfriend Chxpo for three years. The couple faced a lot of judgment from the start of their relationship because Chxpo, a rapper and creative director is polyamorous, while she remains monogamous. Dezy explained: "People think it's weird that he dates other girls, but I don't date other guys. Sometimes Chxpo doesn't tell me when he dates other girls." Chxpo added: "When I first met Dezy, I had my wife and two girlfriends. She was a part of the polyamorous relationship, but we had our own thing. Everybody broke up with each other and we were just together. Then she got pregnant, and I didn't really have the time to entertain other women." When asked why she was accepting of Chxpo being poly, Dezy said: "It's really hard. I guess I just say I'm okay [with it] because he is my number one, my baby's father, so I do have to deal with it. I don't want to change him, but I do at the same time. I want him all to myself. But it takes baby steps. So we'll see." Speaking on the difficulties of being with someone who is polyamorous, she said: "I don't like when other people post him as a boyfriend. My friends were very like, girl, like, what are you doing?" Soon into their romance, the pair made content together for social media, which led to a backlash to their arrangement in the comment section. Chxpo said: "On the internet people always say the dumbest s***." Dezy explained: "A lot of people would comment, you're too pretty for him. This guy is always with twenty different girls. Red flag."
