Be Like Florida. In Florida if you are surrounded by pro-Mexican/pro-Illegal Alien Protesters, you can run over them. This law needs to be reciprocated nationwide.

Due to DeSantis' 2021 Anti-Riot Law, you have certain rights in Florida that you do not have in other states. That law, which was upheld by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in October 2024, allows the following (civil penalties, such as insurance claims, may apply):

1. If you are blocked on a road by a protester, you are not compelled to stop. You can use your vehicle to go through the road protesters. Road protests are illegal in Florida and you can drive through them.

2. You can shoot and kill protesters engaged in violent behavior if you feel threatened due to both Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law and the Anti-Riot law. If three of more protesters engage in violent behavior - whether by assaulting/threatening people or property - while protesting, that is no longer protected free speech, and you can shoot them.

3. If your car is surrounded by protesters, and you feel threatened, Florida's Stand Your Ground law now applies to vehicles and you can use your car as a weapon to get out of the situation toward safety.

Know your rights, Floridians. If these illegal activists attack, you have options and more protections then other Americans. Use them as needed.
