Marco Rubio: “In 5 years we won’t have the ability to sanction anyone”

This was the WHOLE POINT of Russia, China, & others forming BRICS 15+ years ago as countries are SICK of the US BULLY putting sanctions on them & not allowing them to use the US SWIFT SYSTEM when US deems them as "bad".

Trump seems clueless about this as he is even lately making economic threats to the BRICS countries & they are ready for it now with their own BRICS system.
