### **Ingredients**
#### **For Chicken Marinade:**
- ½ kg **boneless chicken (cut into cubes)**
- 1 tbsp **soy sauce**
- 1 tbsp **vinegar**
- 1 tbsp **red chili sauce**
- ½ tsp **salt**
- ½ tsp **black pepper**
- 1 tbsp **cornflour**
- 1 tbsp **oil**
#### **For Gravy:**
- 2 tbsp **oil**
- 1 tbsp **garlic (chopped)**
- 1 small **onion (cut into cubes)**
- ½ cup **bell peppers (red & green, cut into cubes)**
- 2 tbsp **tomato ketchup**
- 1 tbsp **red chili sauce**
- 1 tbsp **soy sauce**
- 1 tbsp **vinegar**
- ½ tsp **black pepper**
- ½ tsp **salt**
- 1 cup **water**
- 1 tbsp **cornflour (mixed with 2 tbsp water for slurry)**
#### **For Garnishing:**
- 2 tbsp **spring onions (chopped)**
- 1 tsp **sesame seeds (optional)**

### **🌿 Instructions**
#### **Step 1: Marinate & Cook Chicken**
1. In a bowl, mix **chicken cubes** with **soy sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, salt, black pepper, cornflour, and oil**. Let it marinate for **30 minutes**.
2. Heat **2 tbsp oil** in a pan and stir-fry the **marinated chicken** on medium heat until fully cooked (about **5-7 minutes**). Set aside.
#### **Step 2: Prepare Gravy**
3. In the same pan, add **oil** and sauté **chopped garlic** until fragrant.
4. Add **onions and bell peppers**, stir-fry for **2 minutes** (keep them slightly crunchy).
5. Stir in **ketchup, red chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, and salt**. Mix well.
6. Pour in **1 cup water** and let it come to a boil.
7. Add the **cornflour slurry** and stir continuously until the gravy thickens.
#### **Step 3: Combine & Serve**
8. Add the **cooked chicken** into the gravy and mix well. Simmer for **2 minutes**.
9. Garnish with **chopped spring onions & sesame seeds**.
