I Let Everyone Around Me Down

As men we are often manipulated into believing the idea that we have to sacrifice ourself and our well being at the expense of showing up in the world for others--especially those that depend on us.

Although there is truth in that; thats not the full Truth.

There is another side to that equation that is often skipped over--and sometimes completely demonized by men online who identify as "masculine alpha males".

From one "masculine alpha male" to another... there IS another way to show up in the world that isn't purely sacrificial. It not only will allow you to FEEL more masculine in doing so, but you will also FEEL BETTER because of it.
