Nomad knows that careful planning and the right allies are crucial. His first stop is the fisher cabin near Sun Lake, where Carl Chisum is stationed. Nomad has learned of a group of programmers held captive by the Sentinel forces, and he understands that to have any chance of freeing them, he needs Carl's help. Nomad’s plan involves infiltrating the Natural Hazard Control Center. By gaining access to their security systems, he hopes to create the perfect conditions for the programmers’ escape. However, before moving forward, Nomad needs to convince Carl that the operation is worth the risk. Once Carl is on board, Nomad can start to map out the next steps of this high-stakes mission.
