After marketing 139 Sandspit Road, Shelly Park with a Blues Brother parody, rock music video ... I got a number of phone calls from folks living in the street who were considering selling, as the marketing campaign was featured as news by the media and went viral on social media because it was outside the box in terms of what was considered "normal real estate marketing", which I've always tried to avoid. Reason being is my clients are paying a HUGE chunk of change to sell their property and I always felt I needed to deliver high value campaigns to reflect the fees they were to going to pay upon selling.

The owners of 136 Sandspit Road (just across the road from 139) watched the whole campaign with interest, and after meeting, they wanted me to market and sell their home as well, and we agreed on a "reprise" of the Cash Cow Blues, which sold the property across the road, and the rest is history.

I rewrote the lyrics to reflect the change in property, and if I'm honest ... I favour this production MORE than the original, because it's a little more polished. My co-listing agent thought I was batshit-crazy, but she played the game and was there to help out with the everpresent Asian buyers in the market place.
