The 15-Minute City, meant to bring everything within a 15-minute radius of home, was presented as a way to achieve Net Zero emissions. However, this urban planning initiative is a thinly veiled attempt at totalitarian control, similar to communist regimes. By limiting movement and access to resources, the state could exert unprecedented influence over citizens' lives. What was sold as convenience may be a ploy for authoritarianism under the guise of environmentalism and efficiency.
