Easy Lebanese-Style Chicken Recipe
This Lebanese-style chicken is juicy, flavorful, and infused with aromatic Middle Eastern spices. It’s simple to make and perfect for a quick weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts (or thighs)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground allspice
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, allspice, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for better flavor).
2. Cook the chicken: Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/
