When Trump said he would dismantle the deep state and eliminate waste, he was not kidding around.
Barely two weeks into his second presidency, Donald Trump has signed a raft of memorandums to cut waste with the latest initiative being to potentially shut down USAID- The US Agency for International Development which is said to help international development and humanitarian aid overseas.
