A BIG Snook hits and no one is around to see it!

Hi Everyone, I had a great day out on the water with my mom who is getting into kayaking to support her photography. Fishing wise, it was a pretty slow day until a big fish hit. As I fight the fish, I look around and my mom is no where to be seen.
