In response to Donald Trump withdrawing the United States from the WHO, Tedros denies that the WHO mishandled "the Covid-19 pandemic", then admits to suffering financial difficulties without US funding.
"Even before the US announcement, WHO is facing a shortfall... The US announcement has made the situation more acute."
