What if All Pokémon Were a Single Type? (Unova)

The Unova region gave us more Pokémon than any other generation, so there's a lot to consider in such a large roster, but today we will ponder what it would be like if for whatever reason the Pokémon from Unova only had a single type! How would the region change with each Pocket Monster only tapping into one element? (Also, have a Merry Christmas!!)
