**Ingredients:**
- ½ cups roasted peanuts- ½ cups sugar (adjust to taste)- cup water- cup milk- tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)- teaspoon cardamom powder- oasted and roughly chopped peanuts for garnish
**Instructions:**
1. **Roast and Grind Peanuts:**
- n a frying pan, dry roast the peanuts on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Let them cool, then remove their skins. - rind the roasted peanuts into a fine powder and set aside.
2. **Prepare Sugar Syrup:**
- n a wok, caramelize the sugar on very low flame until it turns brown. - urn off the flame, add water, then turn the flame back on. Mix well and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes until you achieve a one-string consistency.
3. **Combine Ingredients:**
- dd the ground peanuts to the sugar syrup. Mix well and cook on low flame until the mixture leaves the sides of the pot (about 6-8 minutes). - dd milk and ghee. Mix thoroughly and cook on low flame until the ghee separates (approximately 5-6 minutes). - tir in the cardamom powder.
4. **Set the Barfi:**
