The REAL reason your fitness journey is different in your 30s
I'm getting healthier in my 30s and I want to share the blueprint because I had to unlearn several things to get results.
Metabolism changes, energy changes, availability changes, and responsabilities change.
I started working out at home to minimize friction and to maximize the use of my own dumbbells.
Bodyweight or dumbbells since I'm starting and these are my available tools.
Short and precise sessions.
Musculation because it accomplishes 2 goals at the same time: burn fat and build muscle.
Full body session by @drnadolsky + only exercises I enjoy.
No jumps or things that made me lose my breath.
Focus on breathing + drinking water because oxidation burns fat.
Progressive overload.
6 dumbbells session with 6 different exercises and series that go from 1x5 to 5x20.
1 session of pilates.
1 session of stretching.
