- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Egg Yolks – 2
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- All-Purpose Flour – 1 tbsp
- Milk – ¼ cup
- Vanilla Essence – ½ tsp

- Egg Whites – 2
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice – ½ tsp

- Powdered Sugar – for dusting
- Whipped Cream or Ice Cream – optional

### **Instructions:**
### **Step 1: Prepare the Chocolate Base**
1. In a heatproof bowl, melt **dark chocolate** and **butter** using a double boiler (or microwave in 15-second intervals).
2. Remove from heat, add **egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla essence**, and whisk until smooth.
3. Stir in **flour and milk**, mixing well to form a creamy batter. Set aside.
### **Step 2: Make the Meringue**
1. In a clean bowl, beat **egg whites** using an electric beater until foamy.
2. Add **sugar and lemon juice**, then beat until stiff peaks form.
### **Step 3: Combine & Bake**
1. Gently fold the meringue into the chocolate mixture in **3 batches**, using light strokes to keep it airy.
2. Grease ramekins with butter and dust with sugar for an even rise.
3. Pour the batter into the ramekins, filling them **¾ full**.
4. Bake in a **preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes** or until risen with a slightly wobbly center.

1. Dust with **powdered sugar** and serve immediately.
