### **Ingredients:**
✅ **For the Dough:**
- All-Purpose Flour – 2 cups
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Baking Powder – ½ tsp
- Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp (optional)
- Milk – ¼ cup (or as needed)
- Water – ½ cup (or as needed)
- Salt – ¼ tsp

- Sugar – 1 ½ cups
- Water – 1 cup
- Cardamom Pods – 2-3

### **Instructions:**
### **Step 1: Prepare the Dough**
1. In a large bowl, combine **all-purpose flour**, **baking powder**, **cardamom powder**, and **salt**.
2. Add **ghee** and rub it into the flour until the mixture becomes crumbly.
3. Gradually add **milk** and **water**, kneading to form a smooth dough.
4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for **15-20 minutes**.

1. Roll the dough into a **½ inch thick sheet**.
