Stuck in Cleveland (August 2024)

Recording from July 22, 2024 at 4 PM of Tom speaking to Cleveland, Ohio EMS and police.

4:52 – A police officer speaks to Tom. We learn that Andrew ran away from the hospital not long before his court date. We also learn that Andrew had intended to go to West Virginia.
9:54 – Tom's retelling of the events leading up to Andrew's arrival in Cleveland: Sisters of Charity Hospital tried to put Andrew in Newfane, but he broke out. He was then sent to Rochester (two different places, both of which rejected Andrew.) Andrew was then returned to his parents' home. The police were called, and Andrew was returned to Sisters Hospital. Tom says that Sisters Hospital kicked Andrew out “last Friday” (July 19th) Andrew then got a bus ticket to West Virginia but arrived in Cleveland instead.
22:19 – Joe and Tom say they can pick Andrew up, but will have to press charges “for what he did when [Tom] was released from rehab.” They are referring to when Andrew attacked Tom after he was released from rehab, re-breaking Tom's ribs.
24:15 – Silence until the end of the video.
