Republicunification Pt.1

First, the bad news, the only way to create unification in any society is at the point of a gun.
The good news is you don't have to be unified to create a working civilization. What you do need, actually must have, is the rule-of-law.
The rule of law allows people to disagree with each other and also exist in the same society.
What America and the rest of the world has today, is anarchy. In fact this has always been true of humanity IMO. And it's true because people are irrational.
Having said that, every now and then there are glimpses of sanity from the human race, and right now we are in one of those moments. Let's do everything we can to extend this moment as far into the future as possible.
