I've been very pleased with the progress I have been making with Good Mornings, this past while; especially in light of my persisting hip/lower back issues. I have my good days and bad days. When the area is feeling good, I try and push it a little bit at a time. Otherwise, I go lighter, and focus on volume work, and just concentrate on getting good blood flow in.
