Call to action: show up to support Alpha News in court

Many of you have asked about the defamation lawsuit against myself and Alpha News, and when the next legal proceeding will occur.

This Friday, February 7th, our attorney will argue to have the case dismissed.

The court hearing will be open to the public—and will take place at the Hennepin County Courthouse, at 9am, in the court tower, in room 7-59.

We’ve always been committed to the truth, to showing you the evidence, and letting you decide for yourself. Now you have the chance to witness this case for yourself, and to hear Attorney Chris Madel argue to have the case dismissed.

Alpha News and I would appreciate a strong show of support—and maybe help fill the seats inside the courtroom if you can.

We hope you’ll join us in court this Friday, February 7th, at 9am; at the Hennepin County Courthouse, on 6th Street in downtown Minneapolis—again, courtroom 7-5-9.
