Democrats Call for Violence: White House Press Secretary Condemns ‘Alarming’ Attacks on Elon Musk

D.C. (Dist. of Criminals), February 5, 2025 — White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt called out Democrat leaders on Wednesday for their inflammatory rhetoric against the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and Elon Musk, describing their comments as "unacceptable" and "incredibly alarming."

Leavitt responded to statements from Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), and Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), who invoked war-like language in their opposition to Musk’s restructuring of the bloated federal bureaucracy.

"For Democrat officials to incite violence and encourage Americans to take to the streets is incredibly alarming, and they should be held accountable for that rhetoric," Leavitt stated.

Democrats Call for ‘War’ Over Government Reforms
Sen. Chris Van Hollen escalated the Democrats’ attacks by claiming Trump handed control of the U.S. government to Musk and his "billionaire cronies" and urging supporters to "fight this in the courts, fight this in Congress, fight this in the streets."

Rep. LaMonica McIver took it further, shouting "Shut down the city! We are at war!" in response to DOGE’s actions.

Their comments come as Musk and DOGE move to eliminate corruption within USAID, an agency long accused of misusing funds, interfering in foreign governments, and funneling taxpayer dollars to NGOs pushing radical agendas.

Criminal Investigation Into USAID Urged
Fox News contributor Paul Mauro called for an immediate investigation into USAID’s financial mismanagement, describing it as a “slush fund” for backdoor government operations that subvert U.S. policy.

"They are freaking out because this is how they've been funding NGOs to do their bidding under the radar," Mauro said. "Now that DOGE is pulling the plug, they're panicking."

With USAID employees reportedly hiding evidence and Democrats calling for chaos in the streets, the White House remains firm in its mission to clean up Washington.
