Police Encounter #9: (Alleged) Active Shooter Redux with the California Highway Patrol

Note a whole five years had passed since the Scottsdale Police Department gave it back. Sure, plenty of other absurdity ensued but credit where due. I only carried it in case of facing hostile attack and served its purpose in both cases ... despite also bringing me nearest to getting shot myself. By real guns. And with the later realization of what might happen if facing a hostile with one of their own ... well, CHP can keep it. BUT WHAT ABOUT THE REST?
