Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) made an embarrassing spectacle of himself at a rally outside the headquarters of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) earlier this week. Schumer's schtick was so cringe, that not even his allies on air at CNN could defend his lack of leadership and cornball antics.
