A DECISION
1. TO ABOLISH
a) Article 10 of the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Internal Affairs (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” No. 36/91);
b) Article 35 paragraph 3, Article 36 paragraph 3, Article 40 paragraph 2 and Article 44 of the Rules of Operation of the State Security Service, adopted by the Minister of Internal Affairs (“Special Official Gazette” No. 10, of 22 June 1992) and c) The Guidelines for the Application of Operational and Technical Means and Methods of the State Security Service, adopted by the Minister of Internal Affairs in April 1992.
